Tile roof coating
- When coating a tile roof, the most important work step is the careful cleaning of the roof from moss and other impurities. Before cleaning, the condition of the underlayment and penetrations must be verified and broken bricks must be replaced so that water does not run into the roof structures. The tile roof is cleaned with high pressure. The nozzle is not directed directly at the end of the brick, so that pressurized water does not get under the brick.
- After careful washing, a moss inhibitor is applied to the roof. The ceiling is coated twice by spray painting. The first layer is coated with thinned paint and the second layer unthinned. In the tightest places, a brush can be used as an aid to spray painting.
