Tile roof cleaning
The tile roof is first carefully cleaned of moss, lichen, sand and other growth and dirt. New bricks are replaced in place of the broken ones, after which a pesticide is sprayed on the roof. The pesticide left on the roof removes the roots of the plants and prevents them from growing for years to come. A pressure washer is not used when cleaning a brick roof, because after such a thorough cleaning, the roof should also be coated.

Tin roof cleaning
Before washing the roof, the condition of the underlayment, the penetrations and the fastening of the screws are checked. Moss, lichen and other impurities are removed from the tin roof with sufficient water pressure. At the same time, the gutters are cleaned, the unimpeded flow of water is ensured in the downpipes, and the rainwater wells are emptied of debris and leaves.
